Terms of Use

By using the Platform or joining the Guild, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not create an account or use the Platform.

You must be eligible to join the Guild and provide accurate, current information. One account per member. Membership may be subject to approval by Guild leadership, and leadership may decline or revoke membership under these Terms.

Treat fellow members with respect and keep your activity lawful. You agree not to harass, threaten, or defame others; post hate, spam, or sexually explicit content where it isn’t allowed; infringe others’ rights, including copyright; or use the Platform for anything illegal.

Guild leadership may moderate content and may suspend posting privileges for conduct that violates these Terms or Guild rules.

You retain ownership of content you post — posts, photos, messages, and the like. You grant the Guild a license to host and display that content within the Platform. You’re responsible for what you post and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.

Membership may include dues as set by the Guild. You’re responsible for any dues you owe. Payments are collected through the methods the Guild offers; refunds are at the Guild’s discretion except where required by law.

Some features connect to third-party services such as Spotify, Pandora, Google Drive, and Giphy. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies; we are not responsible for their behavior or the content they provide.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the extent permitted by law, the Guild is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Guild leadership may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or Guild rules. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
