Île Sainte-Marie (the “Guild”) lets you delete your account and all the data tied to it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what is erased, what we keep, and how long it takes. No data is retained after deletion.

1.Steps to Request Deletion

  1. If you can sign in — open Settings → Privacy → Delete my account and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
  2. If you cannot sign in — fill out the request form in Section 5 below with your name and the email address on your account.
  3. Officers confirm — a guild officer reviews your request and completes the deletion within 7 days using the Guild's existing account tools.

2.What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently erases everything tied to you in the Île Sainte-Marie platform, including:

  • Your member profile, profile photo, and banner image
  • All your forum topics and replies
  • Your profile posts, comments, and reactions
  • Your polls, the votes on them, and your votes on others' polls
  • Your chat messages and bottled (direct) messages
  • Your read receipts and conversation read statuses
  • Your connections and connection requests
  • Your notifications and notification preferences
  • Your read-and-sign records and typed e-signatures
  • Your member photo albums, gallery photos, and photo comments/reactions
  • Your dues ledger and payment history
  • Your activity-log entries
  • Your forum follows and saved topics
  • Your channel requests
  • Your auth (login) user record itself

3.What We Keep

Nothing. All of your data listed above is erased. We do not retain account records, backups, or copies of your data after deletion is complete.

4.Processing Time

Self-service: your account is deleted immediately when you confirm in Settings.

Officer-handled request (when you can't sign in): completed within 7 days of submitting the form below.

5.Request Deletion (Can't Sign In)

Fill in the details below and a guild officer will handle the deletion for you within 7 days.
